Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Service Level Agreements with Broadridge Clients are met in a cost-efficient manner.
• Prioritize client mailings on the production floor to meet SEC and contractual requirements.
• Monitor production lines to maximize throughput and control labor cost.
• Coordinate resources across departments to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Ensure operators receive proper technical, quality, and ISO training.
