SENIOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR opening available! Pharmaceutical Distribution – 2nd Shift, Memphis TN

CCI Consulting has a great Senior Distribution Production Supervisor opportunity with one of the largest Pharmaceutical Distribution companies in the US. This is a 2nd (second) shift role with full time hours between 2pm -11pm M-F. Under general supervision of the Manager of Operations, the Second Shift Senior Production Supervisor supports warehouse operations through supervision and accountability for all functional outbound processes, including but not limited to accurate, timely and economical picking, packing and shipping; overseeing the verification and record keeping of outgoing shipments of several thousand pharmaceutical SKUs including controlled substances, temperature controlled and DOT regulated items to customers. Ensures proper packing procedures for all outbound shipments and provides direction to warehouse associates. A constant awareness of warehouse safety and strict compliance with FDA, DEA, DOT, FAA and OSHA regulations is essential.

In order to qualify for this exciting role, you must have strong leadership and people management experience as well as 5 (five) years of demonstrated success supervising receiving, order fulfillment and warehouse logistics. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and ideally your background will include a minimum of three (3) years’ demonstrated work experience in order fulfillment within an FDA, DEA and/or OSHA regulated environment. Pharmaceutical industry experience is a big plus. This is a permanent, long term role with Benefits.
