Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Pharmaceutical Inventory Management Technician to ensure safe, accurate handling of medicines and clinical supplies. You will maintain precise inventory records, organize storage areas, and manage materials to support researchers, healthcare providers, and patients.

Responsibilities include receiving, counting, and storing per GMP, managing returns, staging materials for production, and ensuring compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 5-7 years of warehouse or inventory experience OR Associate's Degree with 3-5 years of experience
• Previous experience in a GMP-regulated environment
• Ability to follow written procedures (SOPs) accurately

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and store materials per GMP
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
• Manage drug returns and support sample activities
• Restock supplies and remove expired items
• Stage materials for production and provide cold-storage backup
• Stay current on safety and GMP training
• Complete accurate documentation
• Support team needs, including occasional overtime

Every correct count, every properly stored item, and every compliant action directly supports researchers, healthcare providers, and patients relying on these essential products.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
• Manage drug returns and support sample activities
• Restock supplies and remove expired items
• Stage materials for production and provide cold-storage backup

General Responsibilities

• Stay current on safety and GMP training
• Follow SOPs and report issues promptly
• Complete accurate documentation
• Support team needs, including occasional overtime

Work Conditions

• Frequent standing/walking
• Lift up to 25 lbs
• Use manual/electric pallet jacks

Additional Information

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
