The Wickline Group is recruiting for a Global food manufacturer in Memphis, TN to hire a Production Supervisor for a highly automated, unionized operation. This night shift role (6p-6a, 3/3/1, every other weekend) offers a base salary of $75-83k DOE plus overtime, a bonus opportunity, relocation assistance and day-one benefits.

Position: Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing - Union Atmosphere

Shift: Must be flexible - will likely be nights - 6p-6a - 3/3/1 rotation, every other weekend off

Compensation: $75-83k base salary DOE, overtime pay, bonus opportunity, relocation

Location: Memphis, TN (South Memphis area)

Global food manufacturer is in search of an experienced Production Supervisor to join its team, focused on leadership of food manufacturing lines within its state-of-the-art, heavily-automated facility in Memphis, TN. This position will supervise hourly union associates on automated processing and packaging lines and will be accountable for production targets, safety, and quality within the plant.

Key requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• At least 2-3 years of demonstrated production leadership experience within a highly automated food, beverage, or consumer products manufacturing plant.
• Strong knowledge of FDA and USDA regulations, as well as GMPs and HACCP / SQF / GFSI / PCQI standards
• Experience leading union associates from the floor, including adherence to 5S and lean manufacturing principles
• Must have excellent communication skills and systems ability
• Flexibility with shift is absolutely essential - this role will likely be assigned to the NIGHT shift, 6p-6a - 3/3/1 rotation with every other weekend off
• You must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
