Adient plc in Michigan is seeking a production supervisor to oversee daily activities of the production team, ensuring adherence to methods, quality standards and safety rules.

You will review orders, set priorities, prepare schedules, resolve operational issues, and coach staff to maintain efficient output and safe, clean work areas. Prior supervisory experience preferred. This role may be based at Bridgewater Interiors IV.

Responsabilités

• Supervise production operation within area of control to ensure compliance with methods, quality standards, safety regulations and efficient operation of equipment.
• Review production orders to plan department operations, types, quantities, and specifications.
• Plan production operations, establish priorities and sequences, prepare schedules and coordinate activities to meet specs and customer expectations.
• Review reports, resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems to minimize costs and avoid delays.
• Inspect machines and equipment to ensure performance and utilization; maintain data records.
• Provide counseling, coaching, and training to develop a qualified, quality-focused workforce.
