Job summary

Adient Northwood plants seek a proactive Production Supervisor to coordinate manufacturing and shipping of quality seats. You will lead the production team to uphold safety, quality and productivity while driving continuous improvement across processes.

Responsibilities include scheduling, problem-solving, training, and daily communication with supervision and customer liaisons to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Leads and motivates the Production Team in Quality, Safety, Productivity and CI.
• Manages line downtime, coordinates material build schedules and line performance.
• Ensures compliance with quality standards and records daily process changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material build schedule for team members.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity through continuous improvement.
• Record process changes and notify supervisors of deviations.
• Investigate and resolve process issues and coach team members.
• Oversee training and attendance to optimize staffing and 5S audits.
