Responsibilities

• Lead all assembly operations and coordinate activities across production departments.
• Analyze daily production results and adjust staffing, materials, and equipment as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Maintain ownership of product quality and implement corrective actions when required.
• Develop and coach production supervisors and hourly staff to improve performance.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with HSE&E standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and cost targets.
