Jobot is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor for our manufacturing team in the United States. This role focuses on production planning, safety, lean manufacturing, and six sigma to drive efficiency and quality on the line.

The successful candidate will lead daily operations, coordinate with other departments, and mentor a talented production team. A minimum of 5 years in production supervision is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. This is a pitman shift- 2-3-2 schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Strong production planning and scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with lean and six sigma tools.
• Solid safety protocol knowledge in manufacturing.
• Track record of procedural improvements.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the production line to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Implementing lean manufacturing principles and six sigma tools to optimize production processes.
• Ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are adhered to, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
• Conducting regular quality control checks to maintain high product standards.
• Coordinating with other departments for production planning and scheduling, ensuring that production targets are met.
• Identifying areas for procedural improvements and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the production team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Reporting on production activities and performance indicators to senior management.
