Sulzer is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team and drive safe, efficient operations across lines. You will supervise daily activities, mentor staff, and partner with engineering and supply chain to meet production goals.

Ideal candidates bring a university degree and 6+ years of experience in production management, with a track record in lean practices, ERP proficiency, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement at scale.

Qualifications

• Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 6+ years of relevant work experience are minimally required to be able to manage and coordinate one or more expert-level teams.
• Experience in manufacturing or production management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in ERP and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production teams and coordinate daily operations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Support planning and scheduling of production activities.
