The candidate will lead staff, monitor workflows, train new hires, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining clear communication with management and ensuring safety compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical degree and several years of relevant work experience to manage and coordinate one or more professional-level teams.
• Experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Effective communication and team coordination skills.
