Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production teams and drive efficient operations across manufacturing lines. This role partners with engineering and supply chain to deliver on safety, quality and productivity targets, while supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with standards.

Candidates typically hold a university degree with 6+ years of manufacturing or production management experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with lean
