Job summary

Sulzer is seeking an Operations / Manufacturing / Production Supervisor in Texas to oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient, safe operations and adherence to schedules. This role manages professional-level teams and upholds quality standards across the production line.

The candidate will lead staff, monitor workflows, train new hires, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining clear communication with management and ensuring safety compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical degree and several years of relevant work experience to manage and coordinate one or more professional-level teams.
• Experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

About the role

Job Summary

The Operations / Manufacturing / Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production or service center activities, ensuring that processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role supervises professional-level staff and ensures adherence to quality standards and production or service schedules. This job profile is intended for People Managers 4+ professional-level roles. This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium organization.
