Qualifications

• Associate degree + 4 years leadership in production/manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years leadership in production/manufacturing.
• Master’s degree or JD/PhD in related field.
• 6+ years leadership in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent resident; must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for production employees to promote accountability and positive relations.
• Direct daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives with continuous improvement.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics, implement corrective actions, and report progress to leadership.
• Develop workforce capability through training, cross-training, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ERP, and operational requirements in a well-organized manufacturing environment.
