Formación

• Associate Degree or higher.
• Minimum of 7 years manufacturing supervisory experience in a regulated, multi‑product, and multi‑process environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop employees.
• Effective communication (verbal, written, and visual).
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow‑up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and hold production team accountable for results.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects that improve production results.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of manufacturing operators and technicians across diverse processes to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day shift operations, including training, labor allocation, material flow, production scheduling, line support, and change management.
• Monitor performance metrics and visual management systems to drive accountability and continuous improvement with production staff.
• Promote a safe and positive work environment.
• Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance through standard work and training.
• Lead cost reduction and operational performance initiatives to improve efficiency and throughput.
