  • Lead cost reduction and operational performance initiatives to improve efficiency, throughput, and manufacturing performance to meet daily and long‑term targets.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse, skilled workforce; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

The Opportunity

The Portland, OR facility is seeking a highly capable and organized Manufacturing Supervisor for 2nd shift (2:30pm-1:00am) to drive production performance by maintaining strong daily engagement with staff, using a hands‑on approach to communication, problem‑solving, and performance management to build a high‑performing, motivated team.

What You’ll Work On
  • Manage a team of manufacturing operators and production technicians (incl. full-time and contingent staff).
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations for the production shift, including labor and material flow, production scheduling, line support, and change management.
  • Ensure the desired product quality levels are achieved through use of standard work and training to those standards, training in operation and inspection techniques, and use of tools/data.
  • Monitor performance metrics and visual management systems to drive accountability and continuous improvement with production staff.
  • Lead cost reduction and operational performance initiatives to improve efficiency, throughput, and overall manufacturing performance to achieve daily and long‑term targets.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse, skilled workforce; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or bachelor's Degree

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00
