Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience in a multi‑product manufacturing environment.
• Strong supervisor skills with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop employees.
• Effective communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow‑up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and hold production team accountable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of manufacturing operators and production technicians (incl. full-time and contingent staff).
• Manage day‑to‑day operations for the production shift, including labor and material flow, production scheduling, line support, and change management.
• Ensure the desired product quality levels through standard work and training, and use of operation and inspection techniques.
• Monitor performance metrics and visual management systems to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead cost reduction and operational performance initiatives to improve efficiency, throughput, and manufacturing performance to meet daily and long‑term targets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse, skilled workforce; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
