Responsibilities

• Oversees production line staffing, resource coordination, and training.
• Trains and certifies staff on critical assembly operations and monitors daily metrics.
• Ensures production quality and traceability, compliant with Quality System and procedures.
• Maintains safe work environment and supports corrective actions as needed.
• Plans manpower, materials, and equipment to meet near-term demand and long-term strategy.
