Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Senior Production Supervisor for a Dayton, MN manufacturing operation. You will oversee daily production, lead a team of operators and technicians, and drive quality, efficiency and safety across shifts.

The role requires strong supervisory experience in manufacturing, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to coach diverse teams in a fast-paced setting. Direct hire, full‑time, with first- and second-shift opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and manufacturing standards.
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production setting and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate production operators, technicians, and assembly workers
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
• Monitor product quality and conduct inspections and audits of finished products
• Address production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality requirements
• Enforce workplace safety policies, procedures, and training requirements
• Coordinate daily production activities and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and support teams in a fast-paced HVAC manufacturing environment
