Job summary

Clyde's Donuts is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to lead multiple donut production lines from 1:30am to 10:30am, Sunday through Friday. You will supervise staff, oversee packaging, labeling, and line changeovers, and work with quality and safety protocols to meet stringent standards.

Responsibilities include optimizing line performance, monitoring KPIs, training staff, and ensuring食品 safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, economics, or engineering is preferred.
• Experience in food processing or packaging supervisory role in automated environments.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SQF, safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Able to analyze data and plant performance to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee startup/setup of lines, packaging, and labeling machinery and manage changeovers.
• Review daily production schedules and adjust labor and materials accordingly.
• Inspect products to ensure conformance to specifications and adjust equipment as needed.
• Prepare and evaluate production-related reports.
