Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts Franchisee is seeking a Delivery Driver to support donut production and delivery to restaurant locations. You will assist with baking and finishing donuts and transport finished products to customers.

Roles include night, weekend, overnight and holiday hours; there is emphasis on organization, cleanliness and adherence to safety procedures. Competitive pay, flexible hours, and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
• Box Truck Driving Experience a plus
• Good Driving record and possesses auto insurance
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Able to push, pull, twist and/or stand for long periods of time
• Able to make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgements
• Ability to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop their employees
• Communicate job expectations to their employees
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review their employees’ job performance
• Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards
• Complete audits and implement plans to drive system improvements
• Control costs to help maximize profitability
• Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
• Execute new product roll‑ups including team training, marketing and sampling
• Set sales goals and track results
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
