Job summary

Clyde’s Donuts is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to manage personnel and production/packaging processes across multiple lines. You will ensure performance meets standards, report to the Production Manager, and contribute to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Location is 1120 West Fullerton Ave, Addison, IL with a First Shift (1:30am–10:30am). Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 plus sixth day pay and potential annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering preferred.
• Food processing or packaging supervisory experience in automated, high-speed packaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee startup, adjustment, and setup of line, packaging, and labeling machinery.
• Review daily production schedules and adjust labor, ingredients, and packaging materials as needed.
• Inspect and measure raw/finished products to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Prepare and evaluate production-related reports.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, quality, efficiency and waste reduction.
