Job summary

Clyde’s Donuts in Addison, IL is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to oversee production, packaging, and line operations across multiple shifts, ensuring KPI targets are met and safety standards are maintained. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead a team, manage start-ups, changeovers, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives; monitor KPIs in Redzone and drive OEE improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or engineering preferred.
• GMPs knowledge and safety practices.
• LEAN experience is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee startup, adjustment, and setup of line, packaging, and labeling machinery.
• Review daily production schedules and adjust labor and materials as needed.
• Monitor KPIs and drive OEE improvements and waste reduction.
• Lead and train staff, ensure safety and quality compliance.
