Job summary

Netflix's Vine Studios in Los Angeles seeks a Production Services Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Production Services team, supervising support engineers and coordinating with production executives, producers, and post‑production managers across active shows.

You will partner with Media Systems and Production Engineering to refine the support structure and drive efficient, high‑quality production workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in production or post engineering at a post production facility or studio.
• Strong people manager with ability to lead initiatives and develop strategy.
• Experience mentoring and training direct reports and partners.
• Deep knowledge of production/post‑production workflows including non-linear editing, color science, VFX and audio mastering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Production Services team including triage, escalation, and resolution of issues.
• Manage relationships with production executives, producers, and post‑production managers across active shows.
• Partner with Media Systems and Production Engineering to refine the support structure for current and future productions.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure consistency and predictability across all shows.
• Build a cross‑training program to ensure coverage during peak workloads and time off.
