Responsibilities

• Directs staffing, training, and performance management to develop and improve the production scheduling function.
• Analyzes incoming production order requirements and oversees master manufacturing schedule for assigned site(s) to assure exceptional customer service and optimal manufacturing efficiencies.
• Monitors materials inventory to effectively determine production schedules.
• Communicates upcoming scheduling conflicts with key stakeholders and recommends solutions.
• Collaborates with Operations team to forecast production labor overtime requirements.
• Analyzes daily back-log business reports to monitor workload and capacity requirements.
• Communicates schedule status and other related scheduling information at daily production meeting.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives for production scheduling process and information flow.
