Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Sr Production Scheduler to coordinate production activities and ensure customer demands are met efficiently. Qualifications

• 4-6 years of production scheduling, planning, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels and production capacity.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure materials and resources are available when needed.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Track inventory levels and production status.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and production constraints.
• Develop solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow.
• Review factors impacting production schedules and recommend corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime and improve schedule adherence.
• Communicate schedule changes and production priorities to stakeholders.
