Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of production planning or master scheduling experience in multi-site manufacturing.
• Experience with SIOP/S&OP processes preferred.
• Experience in high-mix, configurable, or engineered-to-order manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize master production schedules across multiple sites.
• Align production capacity with customer demand and inventory targets.
• Communicate production priorities to plant-level planners and operations.
• Collaborate with demand planning, materials management, and procurement to balance supply and demand.
• Support SIOP by providing inputs on production feasibility.
• Manage planning parameters within ERP/MRP systems and drive standardization across sites.
• Monitor adherence to the planning window and escalation procedures.
• Track KPIs such as schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and inventory turns.
