Jobbeschreibung

About the Company

Our client is an engineering-led manufacturer of mission-critical commercial and industrial equipment, with facilities across North America. Its vertically integrated engineering and manufacturing model combines fast design turnaround with precision fabrication, so customers can move quickly on complex projects where reliability, timelines, and quality all matter.

The team gets energized by tough problems, and you’ll see your work move from concept to delivery in weeks, not years. Even with that pace, the culture puts people first. Everyone operates as one team, wins together, and builds lasting working relationships.

Role Summary

  • Maintain accurate scheduling and production data in ERP/MRP and planning systems
  • Lead scheduling review meetings and communicate schedule changes, priorities, and risks to stakeholders promptly
  • Track schedule adherence and key performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement (Senior: own and develop the KPIs)

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Senior Production Scheduler Level
  • 5–8+ years of experience in scheduling, planning, or supply chain operations
  • Ability to schedule production, analyze data, and solve problems with minimal oversight

  • A continuous improvement mindset
