Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Sr Production Scheduler to coordinate production activities and ensure customer demands are met efficiently. This role requires strong scheduling experience, excellent communication skills, and collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels and production capacity.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure materials and resources are available when needed.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Track inventory levels and production status.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and production constraints.
• Develop solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow.
• Review factors impacting production schedules and recommend corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime and improve schedule adherence.
• Communicate schedule changes and production priorities to stakeholders.

• Continuous improvement experience related to scheduling or production planning.

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
