Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a Production Execution Senior Program Manager to oversee production for US Army and FMS contracts within the Excalibur 1b program. You will drive tactical execution, lead cross-functional teams, and manage critical supplier relationships to meet contract objectives.

The role requires senior leadership presence, experience with EAC and risk management, and a track record of delivering complex aerospace programs.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in aerospace/defense programs
Experience leading EAC process and risk and opportunity management
Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule on a program

Responsibilities

Support and drive AOP objectives and action plans
Lead the program risk and opportunity process aligned with financial goals
Execute daily program management and cadence: risk reviews, reviews, PMRs, staffing reviews
Lead production proposal activities
Prepare, revise, and monitor documentation in IPDS and GEM tool
Identify and implement program assessments and metrics for leadership visibility
Travel domestically and internationally as needed
