Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Production Program Manager to oversee manufacturing and the production lifecycle for Barracuda programs. You will partner with engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, and leadership to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
8+ years in operations program management, production, or manufacturing, preferably in defense/aerospace.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chains and workflows.
Experience launching new products with tight timelines.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma).
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Gantt charts.

Responsibilities

Process Optimization – drive continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency, scalability, and cost during development/pre-production.
Budget & Cost Control – monitor budgets, track progress, identify issues to enable full-scale production.
Stakeholder Communication – provide updates on status, risks, solutions.
Resource Management – allocate materials, labor and equipment for readiness goals.
Risk Management – identify, assess and mitigate risks impacting timelines or readiness.
Cross Functional Collaboration – coordinate engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, PM, growth, quality and leadership.
