Job summary

Mesa Labs is seeking a Production Process Operator IV to operate and monitor complex production equipment, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor. The role requires an experienced operator with strong technical knowledge and leadership capabilities to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production methods.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints, schematics, and process diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor sophisticated production equipment and machinery to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines following SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor critical process parameters and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
• Identify process abnormalities or equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot to resolve issues quickly.
