Job summary

Mesa Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV to maintain and improve complex manufacturing systems. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation equipment, lead major repairs, and mentor junior staff to ensure reliability and safety.

A strong background in PLCs, HMIs, and preventive maintenance is required. The role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and collaboration with engineering, production, and operations to meet production targets while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4–6 years in industrial maintenance.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs and automated equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead repairs and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Develop PM schedules and implement predictive maintenance techniques.
• Oversee installations and upgrades of new equipment and automation systems.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide hands‑on training on maintenance best practices.
• Ensure safety, compliance and documentation for maintenance activities.
