Job summary

Mesa Labs, Inc. is seeking a Production Process Operator IV to run and monitor advanced production lines. You will calibrate equipment, monitor parameters, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead process improvements and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. This role requires a high school diploma and 4–6 years in manufacturing, with strong problem-solving abilities and adherence

Qualifications

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as blueprints and process diagrams.
Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and process issues.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in task execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor complex production equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.
Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines following SOPs and work instructions.
Monitor key process parameters and maintain product quality within limits.
Identify abnormalities, troubleshoot, and coordinate with maintenance for root cause analysis.
Ensure quality tests and documentation are completed; maintain compliant records.
Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma principles.
Perform basic maintenance tasks and notify when professional service is required.
