Job summary

Mesa Labs, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Production Process Operator I for the Sterilization and Disinfection Control division. You will assist in operating production machinery, monitor quality, and maintain a clean, safe work environment under supervision.

Responsibilities include setup, changeovers, basic inspections, and reporting. Training provided; overtime opportunities may be available as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic production machinery under supervision.
• Set up machines and adjust settings for runs.
• Assist with machine changeovers and calibration.
• Monitor performance and minimize downtime.
• Perform basic inspections to ensure quality.
• Document defects and report to supervisor.
• Handle materials safely and support inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow SOPs.
• Record daily production data and logs.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operators.
