Job summary

Mesa Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Production Process Operator IV to operate and optimize complex production lines while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will monitor equipment, calibrate settings, and ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor junior staff. A STEM background is preferred, with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A bachelor's degree in a STEM related discipline is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor sophisticated production equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines per SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor process parameters (temp, pressure, flow, levels) and adjust to maintain quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot abnormalities; work with maintenance for root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, GMP, ISO) and document inspections.
• Promote safety and proper handling of hazardous materials; follow environmental protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement to increase throughput and reduce waste.
• Mentor junior operators and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on SOPs and training.
• Record production data, machine settings, maintenance, and quality checks.
