Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Production Print Specialist to join our Centennial, Colorado team. The specialist will qualify, train, and demonstrate production print equipment to our production customer base as well as our outside sales representatives.

The role requires 2–3 years in production print, familiarity with Fiery Print Controllers and RIPs, and experience with various digital presses. On-site position with competitive benefits and a focus on customer solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the production print industry.
• Experience with Fiery Print Controllers and software applications preferred.
• Experience with Ricoh/Canon/Konica Minolta/Xerox digital presses helpful.
• Experience in the wide format printing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive production print activity with sales representatives and customers.
• Provide technical sales support and training to customers as needed.
• Demonstrate software and hardware solutions to sales reps and customers.
• Maintain frequent contact with Production Print accounts and sales reps.
• Perform needs analyses and site surveys to identify challenges and provide solutions.
• Discuss variable print data, workflow solutions, software, and network applications.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment RIPs and related software.
• Assist in pre-sales activities and customer demonstrations.
