Fillauer, a leader in orthotic and prosthetic innovation, seeks a Senior Production Planner to optimize scheduling, capacity planning, and material management across multiple work centers in Tennessee. You will mentor planners, forecast demand, and drive improvements in on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Finance to protect supply continuity and support new product launches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Associate's degree in management or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems; ability to analyze and interpret system data to drive planning decisions.
• Experience with forecast review, inventory analysis, and demand/supply balancing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of leading cross-functional discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production scheduling across multiple work centers and planning horizons.
• Analyze capacity, labor, and material constraints to mitigate risks.
• Develop and compare planning scenarios to optimize on-time delivery.
• Prepare KPI reports and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
• Coordinate new product release planning to ensure supply readiness.
