Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Canoga Park, CA, is seeking a Sr. Associate Production Planner to organize and coordinate projects within the Scheduling & Material Planning Center of Excellence. You will manage work orders, plan materials, and ensure hardware flows to meet schedule demands across production activities.

This role requires collaboration with multiple teams, clear communication in Daily Operations Meetings, and a strong sense of urgency to resolve issues and support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience; graduate degree or 0-2 years with equivalent experience; or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders and constraints to keep hardware flowing to meet schedule demands.
• Communicate status of work orders and elevate issues in Daily Operations Meeting.
• Specify handoffs between buildings, labs, and departments; ensure timely ordering of tooling and work instructions.
• Support proactive constraint management for shop orders on hold; coordinate cross-centre tasks.
• Support on-time delivery by coordinating with Production Planning & Logistics for final shipping requirements.
