L3Harris Technologies is hiring an Associate Manager to lead the Scheduling & Material Planning Center of Excellence at the Canoga Park, CA facility. You will oversee the Load Analyst and Product Liaison teams to ensure material flow through the factory, balancing cost, quality, and schedule.

The role emphasizes coaching salary employees, driving process improvements, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment with limited travel and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior manufacturing experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior manufacturing experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• 60% - Direct daily work assignments to meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments and manage labor charging.
• 25% - Drive process improvement projects to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability with focus on cost and quality.
• 10% - Identify and eliminate unsafe acts and conditions and drive a safety culture.
• 5% - Support internal and external audits and drive corrective actions.

Education
