Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of manufacturing experience; Graduate Degree with at least 4 years; in lieu of degree, 10 years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work assignments to meet quality, cost, and schedule commitments; mentor and support employees’ career growth; approve timecards and labor charging.
