Job summary

Enerflex Ltd in Houston seeks a seasoned Production Planner/Controller to develop, implement and sustain production planning and control processes so that manufacturing can execute projects on time and meet client delivery expectations.

You will manage routings, BOMs, sub-assemblies, and align schedules with fabrication, lead weekly reviews, and coordinate with Engineering and Supply Chain to resolve bottlenecks and risks.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in a similar role using SAP PP with advanced routings, kitting and sub-assemblies.
• Experience with flow-lines or high-volume, low-mix production.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop.
• Strong collaboration with manufacturing, engineering and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain routings and BOM assignments to sustain flowline activities based on durations, resources and work cell capabilities.
• Identify sub-assemblies or kits and the BOM requirements with header-level routing tie-ins.
• Work with assembly and fabrication supervisors to adjust schedules during projects and monitor progress.
• Adjust schedules to reflect bottlenecks, delays, or efficiencies.
• Create and review subassembly schedules to align with final assembly dates.
• Maintain production dates for current and upcoming projects and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Lead weekly production meetings with manufacturing and business stakeholders.
