Columbus McKinnon is seeking a production planning professional to optimize component inventory and ensure service levels. You will plan workflows, release work orders, and coordinate builds to meet manufacturing schedules and on-time shipments.

The role requires strong MRP/ERP proficiency, RCCA experience, and a collaborative approach with Plant Management and Procurement. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience, and demonstrate project management and

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience.
Minimum of 5 years equivalent experience.
Experience in planning production and inventory optimization using MPS/MRP/ERP.
Ability to analyze situations and drive RCCA activity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Strong customer-service orientation and adaptability to change.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills.

Mansioni

Plan workflow for each department to maintain manufacturing sequences and lead times using the MPS.
Release manufacturing work orders and assign to the production floor.
Coordinate/expedite builds to achieve plans and timely customer shipments.
Collaborate with Plant Manager, Value Stream Leaders, Procurement, and Sales.
Monitor the production plan daily to support MPS and meet service/inventory objectives.
Run daily production reports to review orders, backlog, and issues.
Interact with procurement to expedite purchased goods.
Perform other duties as assigned.
