• Lead monthly SIOP meetings and supply chain reporting.
• Ensure ERP/MRP tools are properly utilized.
• Report KPI metrics and propose countermeasures.
• Oversee purchasing and supplier performance.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and make-to-stock/make-to-order strategies.
