Qualifications

• 4+ years in production scheduling in machine shops or manufacturing.
• Experience with rough cut capacity planning and Master Production Schedule.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide production forecasting, coordination, and planning based on customer demand.
• Manage Rough Cut Capacity Planning and Capacity Management to support MPS.
• Schedule manufacture/repair orders to meet due dates and release floor routings.
• Set ERP parameters in Syteline; size safety stock and adjust policies.
• Analyze capacity and material supply; drive inventory turns and on-time delivery.
• Develop reports; communicate plan and variances; support sales quoting.
• Coordinate with floor, buyer, and production to meet lead times.
