Job summary

Rubbercraft is seeking a Planner III – Mixing/Lab to own the end-to-end production plan for the Mixing/Lab department across the site in Long Beach, CA. You will translate demand, forecasts, and material availability into an executable schedule to ensure timely availability of compounds and materials while optimizing capacity and service levels.

The role requires strong knowledge of ERP/MRP, Excel, and cross-functional coordination with Production, Materials, Quality, and Engineering to resolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in production planning, scheduling, materials planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing complex production schedules in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily, weekly, and forward-looking production plan for the Mixing/Lab department supporting the Rubbercraft site.
• Translate production demand, work orders, forecasts, inventory requirements and business priorities into an executable Mixing/Lab schedule.
• Balance competing requirements across manufacturing departments while maintaining alignment with site and customer requirements.
