Job summary

TAS Energy, a Houston-based provider of modular energy systems, seeks a Senior Demand Planner to lead demand, supply, and MRP planning across multiple sites. You will optimize inventory, drive data-driven decisions, and partner with planning, production, engineering, and purchasing to align demand with execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent experience.
• APICS CPIM certification a plus.
• 7–10 years of progressive demand/production planning experience in multi-site manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support SOP development, automation initiatives, and standardization of planning processes.
• Maintain demand governance and data discipline across ERP modules.
• Improve MRP accuracy and inventory optimization enterprise-wide.
• Act as subject matter expert for demand planning logic, MRP behavior, and ERP transactions.
• Monitor demand trends and communicate risks to inventory, lead times, and commitments.
• Identify root causes of invalid demand signals and implement permanent corrective actions.
