Chromalloy in Orangeburg, NY is seeking a Senior Production Planner to lead demand and production planning, capacity modeling, and inventory coordination for a defined business unit. You will partner with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Customer Service to meet commitments while optimizing performance.

This role requires strong data analysis, leadership, and decision-making, with experience in ERP and Excel. On-site work and a focus on continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, operations, planning, scheduling, production control, or related.
• Experience coordinating priorities, capacity, material availability, or execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and planning reporting tools.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning for a defined business segment (OEM, MRO, or Coatings).
• Develop and maintain production supply plans to meet customer needs.
• Monitor performance, risks, and opportunities; communicate plans to stakeholders.
• Provide direction to Planners and Associate Planners.
• Develop forecasts, production plans, and capacity models.
• Coordinate priorities with Operations, Procurement, and cross-functional teams.
• Support inventory management and material flow; drive improvements.
