Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Senior Production Planner in Orangeburg, NY to lead demand planning, production planning, capacity modeling, inventory management, and schedule execution. You will partner with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to meet commitments and optimize performance.

You will also provide leadership to Water Spiders and drive data-driven decisions using ERP, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, planning, or scheduling.
Experience coordinating production priorities, material availability, or operational execution.
Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and planning-related reporting tools.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Strong English communication and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production supply plans to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
Monitor performance, identify risks, constraints and opportunities.
Communicate planning priorities and recovery plans to stakeholders.
Provide leadership and mentorship to Planners and Associate Planners.
Support scheduling, material flow, and inventory optimization.
Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Customer Support.
