Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or related environment.
• Experience in aerospace, energy, or similar industries involved in highly engineered products.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools such as ERP, Power BI and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production priorities.
• Adjust schedules to accommodate changing customer demand and production constraints.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials for production schedules.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and other teams to align production plans with business objectives.
• Communicate production status and schedule changes to key stakeholders.
• Analyze production capacity and resource utilization to support on-time delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and work with teams to implement improvements.
• Utilize ERP, Power BI, and other planning tools to analyze production data and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
