Job summary

The role requires hands-on experience with wiring harnesses, MES systems, and a background in aerospace manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and cost analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of experience leading teams.
• 1+ year of hands on experience building wiring harnesses.
• Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Monitors production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs.
• Investigates defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate.
• Conducts staffing and cost analyses.
• Represents manufacturing on production related issues.
• Establishing and maintaining production schedules.
